摘　　要：目的应用血管回声跟踪(E-tracking)技术评价冠心病患者颈动脉早期硬化以预测冠状动脉早期病变。方法冠心病组患者40例,冠心病高危组患者31例,健康者48例为对照组,应用E-tracking技术检测双侧颈总动脉弹性指标,即硬度指数(β)、压力应变弹性系数(Ep)、顺应性(AC)、反射波增压指数(AI)和点脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ)。并对冠心病组40例患者行冠状动脉痉挛激发试验,分为痉挛组19例及无痉挛组21例,E-tracking技术检测其颈动脉弹性指标。结果冠心病组和冠心病高危组的颈总动脉β、Ep、PWVβ和AI均高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。冠心病痉挛组颈动脉β、Ep、PWVβ、AI高于无痉挛组(P﹤0.05)。结论 E-tracking技术为冠心病患者冠状动脉早期硬化趋势提供了一种快速、无创、定量的评价方法。Objective To predict early lesions in coronary artery by detecting carotid elasticity quantitatively with E-tracking technology. Methods The bilateral common carotid artery elasticity index, hardness index （β）, pressure strain elastic modulus （Ep） compliance （AC）, increase the index （AI） and pulse wave velocity （PWVβ） in 40 patients with coronary heart disease, 31 patients with coronary heart disease and high-risk factors and 48 cases of healthy control were detected by E-tracking. Coronary spasm provocation test was performed in 40 cases with CHD group, including 19 cases of spasm and 21 cases of non-spasm. The carotid artery elasticity index was detected by the E-Tracking technology. Results The β Ep, PWVβ and AI of carotid artery in coronary heart disease group and coronary heart disease risk group were significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. The β, Ep, PWVβ and AI of carotid artery in spasm group were higher compared with the non-spasm group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion E-tracking provides a fast,noninvasive,quantitative method for the evaluation of coronary artery early hardening trend in patients with coronary heart disease.
