妇科恶性肿瘤根治术后盆腔淋巴囊肿超声介入治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超声介入治疗妇科恶性肿瘤根治术后淋巴囊肿的临床价值。方法 15例盆腔恶性肿瘤患者,根治术后发生25个盆腔囊肿,对其经腹超声引导下穿刺置管抽液及无水乙醇硬化治疗。结果 15例25个囊腔均成功完成治疗。治愈14例,好转1例;治疗时局部烧灼样疼痛1例,未经特殊处理自行缓解,余无不良反应及并发症发生。结论超声介入治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后盆腔淋巴囊肿安全、经济、简便、有效的方法。Objective To investigate the clinical application of the ultrasound-guided percutaneous tube drainage and alcohol sclero therapy for postoperative pelvic lymphoceles in malignant cancer of gynecology. Methods Fifteen patients with 25 postoperative pelvic lymphoceles in malignant cancer of gynecology were treated via ultrasound-guided percutaneous tube drainage combined with absolute alcohol sclero therapy. Results In 15 cases, 25 postoperative pelvic lymphoceles were successfully aspiration and cued by the ultrasound-guided absolute alcohol sclera therapy. Fourteen cases were cured（93.33% ）, l case was improved （6.67%）. One patient had a local burning pain during the therapy process but relieve without special treatment, and no other side effects and complications were found among the remaining patients. Conclusion Ultrasound-Guided intervention therapy is a safe, economic, simple, and effective treatment for postoperative pelvic lymphoceles in gynecologic malignancies.
