摘 要:目的与超声心动图对比,探讨MSCT评估左室整体收缩功能与超声心动图的相关性,评价MSCT测量左室整体收缩功能的可行性及准确性。方法回顾性分析MSCT冠状动脉CTA检查的50例患者的资料,以10%R-R间期间隔重建图像,测定出左心室舒张末期容积(EDV)、收缩末期容积(ESV)、每搏输出量(SV)、左室射血分数(EF),同时进行超声心动图检查,与超声心动图所测得的相应指标进行相关性分析。结果 10%R-R间期间隔测定的心功能指标与超声心动图检查的各项指标的相关性很高,r在(0.70~0.96)之间,EDV、ESV、SV值:MSCT>超声心动图,EF值:MSCT≦超声心动图。结论 MSCT冠状动脉造影检查所获得的整体心功能指标数据较准确、可靠,具有较高的临床应用价值,临床可应用10%R-R间期间隔重建图像测定心功能,相对简便快捷。Objective To explore the correlation between echocardiography and MSCT in assessment of left ventricular systolic function so as to evaluate the feasibility and accuracy of MSCT in measurements of systolic function.Methods Data of 50 patients(32 men,18 women,with an average of 55.9 years old),who underwent the MSCT coronary CTA from January to May 2011,were retrospectively analyzed.During the procedure,10% of the R-R interval was adopted to reconstruct the images,the left ventricular end-diastolic volume(EDV),end-systolic volume(ESV),stroke volume(SV),and left ventricular ejection fraction(EF) were determined and,meanwhile,and echocardiography was carried out to measure these aforementioned indicators and the corresponding analysis between the two approaches was performed in this work.Results At the setting of 10% R-R interval,these parameters for cardiac function obtained by MSCT and echocardiography were highly correlated(r ranged from 0.70 to 0.96).That is,the values of EDV,ESV,and SV by MSCT were more than these by echocardiography,whereas,the value of EF by MSDCT was less than or equal to that by echocardiography.Conclusion The data for indicating cardiac function obtained by MSCT coronary angiography are accurate,reliable,and highly applicable for clinical diagnosis.In clinical application,10% R-R interval,which is set to reconstruct images,is relatively simple and quick for measuring heart function.
