摘 要:在氢气或氢气和氩气混合的高压气氛中,采用定向凝固技术制得规则多孔铜。根据定向凝固特点,建立了该工艺凝固过程中的传热模型。在凝固区一维热平衡条件下,推导了凝固层厚度与凝固时间的关系,得到了与经典平方根定律相同的公式。同时对凝固系数和凝固时间进行了验证。结果表明公式正确有效。Porous copper with long cylindrical pores aligned in one direction was fabricated by directional solidification method under a pressurized hydrogen or mixture gas of hydrogen and argon. A heat transfer mould was established in directional solidification. Upon the heat balance of solidification in one dimension, the relationship between solidified shell thickness and solidified time was deduced. A formula which is the same as the traditional square root law was received. The solidified time and solidification coefficient were verified using the formula. The results indicate that the formula is correct.
