摘　　要：介绍了矿浆长输压力管道的焊接技术。实践证明,通过对材质API5L×65长输压力管道采用纤维素焊条和药芯焊丝半自动焊的向下立焊,并制定合理的焊接工艺,可以达到焊接效率高、焊接质量好、节约焊材、降低劳动强度的目的。The welding technology for long pressure pipeline used for conveying pulp was introduced. Practice has proved that using the technology of cellulose electrode and flux cored wire semi-automatic welding in vertical downward welding and developing a reasonable welding process based on the materials of API5Lx65 long pressure pipeline can achieve the purpose of high welding efficiency, good welding quality, saveing material and reducing labor intensity.
