摘 要:对目前几种比较有代表性的结晶器非正弦振动波形做了介绍,并提出了一种新的波形。从振动动力学、最大上振速度、最大加速度及主要振动工艺参数值等方面,对各种波形特点进行了全面分析和比较。结果表明,YSU波形、WIS波形要优于其他波形。同时提供了这几种波形的主要振动工艺参数的一种计算方法,为其推广应用提供了便利条件;另外,还对非正弦振动波形偏斜率的取值进行了分析,认为其最佳取值范围为0.25-0.35。The several typical non-sinusoidal oscillation waveforms for continuous casting molds at present were introduced and a new waveform was presented. Their characteristics were analyzing and compared with each others in oscillation dynamics, the maxmiun up-speed, the maxmiun down-acceralation and the main oscillation process parameters. The results show that the YSU and WIS waveforms are more excellent than the others. At the same time, a calculation method of main oscillation process parameters for several waveforms was provided and it will take benfit of the practical popularization and appUcation for these waveforms. In addition, the optimal range of the skew rate of non-sinusoidal oscillation waveforrns was analyzed, and the value is 0.25-0.35.
