摘　　要：通过对高校图书馆外文期刊利用率低的现状进行分析,结合军队院校教育转型后的新特点,提出了提高外文期刊利用率的几项措施。Through analyzing the present situation of lower utilization rate of foreign journals in university library, and connecting with the new features of military academies after transformation, this paper puts forward several measures for improving the utilization rate of foreign journals.
