摘　　要：介绍了《公共图书馆服务规范》的编制概况及其人文理念,指出图书馆人文精神应当从制度上加以固化,并从服务方式、内外环境、工作人员素养、馆藏资源建设等方面着手,制定图书馆人文关怀守则。This paper introduces the basic compilation situation and humanistic ideas of 〈Public Library＇s Service Standards〉, and points out that library＇s humanistic spirit should be solidified institutionally, and library＇s humanistic care regulations should be made from aspects of service mode, external and internal environment, librarian literacy, and collection resources construction, etc.
