摘　　要：以中国专利数据库收录的发明专利为数据源,应用文献计量方法,对1986—2011年宁波市发明专利进行了统计分析,揭示了宁波市发明专利数量与发明人关系符合洛特卡分布规律。Taking the invention patents collected in China Patent Database as the data sources, and by using the bibliometric method, this paper makes the statistical analysis on invention patents of Ningbo City from 1986 to 2011, and reveals that the relationship between the number of invention patents and inventors conforms to the Lotka＇s Distribution Law.
