摘　　要：【目的】了解某院2008-2010年抗微生物药物的应用情况,为抗微生物药物的合理使用与管理提供参考。【方法】依据某院"医院药品库存管理系统"的原始数据,对某院2008-2010年抗微生物药物使用资料、金额、用药频度(Defined Daily Doses)、日均费用(Daily Drug Cost)等进行回顾性分析。【结果】2008-2010年某院抗微生物销售金额占药品销售金额的比例是下降趋势。头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、碳青霉烯类抗微生物药物的销售金额各年度均位于前3位。注射用头孢噻肟钠的销售金额和DDDS值排序各年度均列首位。【结论】某院抗微生物药物的使用基本合理,但存在少数品种过量使用,分级管理不够严格等问题。[ Objective ] To evaluate the application of antimicrobial drug of our hospital during 2008- 2010,and provide references for rationul use and management of amtimicrobial drugs. [ Methods] Depending on the original date from the management system of the drug stock the data of antimicrobial drugs in our hosiptal during 2008-2010 were analyzed retrospectively in respect of the sales amount DDDS and DDC. [ Results ] The proportion of consumption sum of antimicrobial drugs in the total decreased year by year.cefepime for injection ranked the first place in respect of sales amount and DDDSfrom 2008 to 2010. [Conclusion]The use of amtimicrobial drugs was basically rationl in our hospital, however, there were also some inappropriate problems such as drug overdose and loosely hierarchical manage ment.
