摘　　要：拥有高质量的数字学术资源是机构知识库提供优质服务的基础。根据机构知识库资源提交流程的不同阶段,采取阶段性的资源质量控制策略,为机构知识库中存储的数字学术资源提供全进程实时的、完备的质量监控。Owning high-quality digital academic resources is the base for institutional repository to provide high-quality service. According to different stages of submitting process of institutional repository resources, the staged resources, quality control strategies were adopted for providing complete, full process and real-time quality control of digital academic resources stored in institutional repository.
