摘　　要：目的确定浙江省小康型农民健康体检项目包。方法选取浙江省经济发达地区的11个乡镇,对其乡镇卫生院的农民健康体检开展情况及居民的满意度和需求等进行问卷调查,并开展专家咨询。结果健康体检的参检率为58.05%,居民满意率为59.88%。建议体检周期:一般人群两年一次,育龄妇女、60岁以上老人、7岁以下儿童和中小学生为一年一次。项目包内容:一般人群11项,育龄妇女17项,60岁以上老人15项,7岁以下儿童按照儿童系统管理的要求,中小学生按照学生预防性健康检查的要求执行。结论项目包的界定具有一定的合理性和前瞻性。Objective To determine the health checkup project package for well-off farmers in Zhejiang province.Methods Health service centers from 11 towns were selected in developed areas and surveyed with questionnaire regarding the status of the service and the attitude of local residents toward the service.Delphi method was used to determine the checkup project package.Results Overall,more than half(58.05%)of the well-off farmers had their physical examination according to the survey,59.88% of them were satisfied with the service.It was recommended that women of childbearing age,elderly over 60,children under 7 and students in elementary and middle schools should have an annual checkup,while others could have it once every two years.In the package,there were 11 items for general population,17 for women of childbearing age and 15 for elderly over 60.Children under 7 and school students were given specific items in their checkup package based on the requirements of the Children′s System Management and preventive health policy.Conclusions The checkup packages are reasonable and feasible.
