摘　　要：靖江市人民医院作为江苏省首批公立医院综合改革试点单位,积极实施以"管办分开,整合资源"为特点的公立医院改革,通过推行集团化管理,在没有增加管理成本的前提下,使有限的医疗资源得到充分发挥,管理更加顺畅高效,竞争更加有序。As the first batch of public hospital reform pilot in Jiangsu Province,the people＇s Hospital of Jingjiang City actively implemented public hospital reform which characters can ne summarized as ＂Separation of management and running,integration of resources＂.By group management,under the precondition of not adding management cost,the limited medical resources have been fully utilized,hospital management efficiency has been higher and the competition has been more regulated.
