摘　　要：疾病诊断相关组(DRGs)是国际公认的一种可有效控制医疗费用增长、降低医疗成本、规范医疗服务质量的管理模式,目前国内口腔医学专业DRGs研究尚未全面展开。笔者结合口腔临床实际情况,探讨口腔专科医院开展DRGs应具备的条件。提出将现行单病种进行疾病诊断与分类的进一步细化,提高病案书写合格率,建立电子病历信息管理系统,构建开放反馈平台等措施以有效推动口腔医学专业DRGs的顺利实施。Diagnosis Related Groups（DRGs） is one of the internationally accepted hospital-management mode,which could effectively control the increase of medical expense,reduce the medical cost,regulate and improve the medical service.Nowadays,the DRGs study in stomatology has not been fully carried out in China.Based on the study of clinical stomatology,the conditions for application of DRGs in stomatological hospital are discussed,ideas on further specifying the diagnosis and classification of single disease to improve the quality of medical record,establish electrical medical record（EMR） administration system and construct an open platform for patients’ feedback are proposed.And the application of DRGs in stomatology hospital can be effectively promoted.
