摘　　要：公立医院作为国有卫生资源的重要组成部分,肩负着重建良好的医患关系的社会责任。通过加强医院内涵建设,按照卫生部提出的公立医院实施便民、惠民服务的具体要求,认真开展与落实,通过提升服务水平,提高工作效率、加强医院文化建设等系列措施,医疗纠纷数量明显下降,取得较好成效。As an important constituent of state-owned health resouurces, publie hospitals is shouldering the socia; responsibility to recnstruct a good doetor-palient relationship.
