摘　　要：目的:调查分析乳腺癌术后患者对健康教育知识的需求情况,以期为临床医护工作者和健康教育实施者提供有效的改进建议。方法:对上海某三级甲等医院150例乳腺癌术后患者进行健康需求的问卷调查,对统计结果进行描述性统计。结果:乳腺癌术后患者对生理、心理、社会和医学方面的知识皆有中度需求。结论:乳腺癌患者在术后病情稳定后,有强烈掌握乳腺癌健康知识的需求,现有健康教育模式应不断改进,采取各种形式的健康教育以满足不同病人对健康教育的需求。Objectives： To survey and analyze the need for health education by post-mastectomy patients and give effectiveness recommendations for medical staff and health education implementer. Methods： One hundred and fifty post-mastectomy patients were selected to have a questionnaire and data were analyzed by methods of description. Results： Post- mastectomy patients have moderate demands on physiological, psychological, sociological and medical knowledge. Conclusions： There are str.ng demands on health education for post- mastectomy patients. Health education mode at present should be improved in order to meet the needs of different patients on health.
