摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌个案管理模式在临床中的应用与效果。方法由接受专业培训的乳腺专科护士对乳腺癌患者实施个案管理,包括为乳腺癌患者及家属提供专业护理、信息支持、情绪支持以及多学科和多部门协调等。结果 2011年1月至12月4名乳腺专科护士共对545例乳腺癌个案实施管理,患者满意度从95.62%提高至99.81%,促进了专科护理发展和医护合作。结论乳腺癌个案管理模式是一种适应肿瘤多学科综合治疗的护理工作模式,该模式不仅提升了对乳腺癌患者专业化护理的内涵质量,也提高了专科护士的专业价值感。Objective To explore the application and effects of case management model in breast cancer patients. Methods The case management was implemented by specialist breast nurses receiving professional training, which included providing professional nursing, information support, psychological support and interdisciplinary coordination for breast cancer patients and their families. Results Four speciliazed nurses provided case management for 545 breast cancer cases from January to December 2011. The patient satisfaction was increased from 95.62 % to 99.81% to promote the development of professional nursing and medical cooperation. Conclusion The case management model in breast cancer patients is a nursing working mode which is suitable for the multidisciplinary treatment of cancer. It not only improves the inherent quality of specializiton nursing of breast cancer patients, but also improves the professional value of special- ized nurses
