书面健康教育对尿道下裂患儿留置导尿管的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨书面健康教育对降低尿道下裂术后留置导尿管患儿导尿管脱落及尿路感染发生的效果。方法选取2011年8月1日至2012年5月31日我院泌尿外科留置导尿管的109例患儿为实验组,应用尿道下裂患儿留置导尿健康教育告知书进行健康教育;回顾性调查2010年8月1日至2011年5月31日我院泌尿外科留置导尿管的107例患儿为对照组,采取传统的健康教育模式,干预1年后评价两组健康教育的效果。结果实验组未发生导尿管脱落,发生尿路感染1例(0.92%)。对照组发生导尿管脱落6例(5.61%)、尿路感染8例(7.48%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施尿道下裂患儿留置导尿管健康教育告知书能降低患儿在留置导尿期间尿路感染的发生,避免导尿管脱落。Objective To explore the effects of written style health education in reducing catheter shedding and urinary tract infection postoperative in- dwelling catheter children with hypospadias. Methods Totally 109 children from urology depertment were recruited as the experimental group and educated with the ＂ Hypospadias Children Indwelling Catheter Health Education Notification ＂ from August 1, 2011 to May 31,2012, while the other 107 children were edu- cated with the traditional health education missionary from August 1,2010 to May 31,2011. The effects of the two methods of health education were compared at one year after intervention. Results No one suffered catheter shedding in the experimeng.l group and 1 case （0, 92 % ） suffered urinary tract infection. While six cases （5.61% ） suffered catheter shedding in control group and 8 cases （7.48%） suffered urinary tract infection. And the differences were significant statistical- ly between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ） .Condusion The application of ＂ Indwelling Catheter Health Education Notification＂ can reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection and avoid catheter shedding during, catheterization in hvoosoadias children with indwelling catheter.
