经络弹力袜预防妇科盆腔术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨经络弹力袜预防妇科盆腔术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法将妇科盆腔术后50例患者作为对照组,予以常规健康教育;另50例患者为实验组,在此基础上术后即穿经络弹力袜。结果两组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率、术后下肢静脉血液流速及足背皮温比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论术后穿经络弹力袜能增快血液流速及缩短皮温回升时间,对预防妇科盆腔术后下肢深静脉血栓形成发生有积极意义。Objective To explore the effects of main and collateral channels elastic stocking on preventing gynecologic postoperative lower extremity deep vein thrombosis （LEDVT）. Methods A total of 100 cases of gynecologic postoperative patients were divided into two groups,50 cases in the control group were given routine health education,50 cases in experimental group were wore elastic stockings with main and collateral channels. Results The rate of LEDVT,the postoperative lower extremity venous blood flow velocity and dorsal foot skin temperature were compared between two groups, the differences were statistically sig- nificant （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The main and collateral channels elastic stocking can increase the blood flow and shorten recovery time of skin temperature after gynecologic operation, and prevent LEDVT effectively.
