2009-2011年性病门诊单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型阳性者合并梅毒及泌尿生殖系统分泌物感染的调查

摘　　要：目的了解在性病门诊就诊的Ⅱ型单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-2)患者,其梅毒苍白螺旋体(Treponema palli-dum,TP)感染及泌尿生殖道混合感染情况,证实对特殊人群进行安全性行为教育及干预的重要性。方法对性病门诊的性病患者进行筛查,检测其血液中HSV-2、TP的感染情况,同时观察其泌尿生殖道分泌物感染的情况。结果 2009-2011年间HSV-2感染情况相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);HSV-2阳性的475例患者中,合并TP感染128例(26.9%);HSV阴性的150例患者中,合并TP感染22例(14.7%);两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=0.002,P<0.05)。HSV-2感染者中泌尿生殖道分泌物的阳性检出率女性高于男性(t=0.000,P<0.05)。结论 HSV-2普遍存在于性病患者中,且易并发梅毒及泌尿生殖系统分泌物感染,建议对性病门诊就诊的疑似生殖器疱疹的患者,均进行HSV-2的排查,并对特殊人群进行安全性行为教育及干预。Objective To explore the prevalence of syphilis （Treponema pallidum, TP） and urogenital tract in- fection among sexually transmitted diseases （STD） clinic attendants infected with herpes simplex virus type 2 （HSV-2） and to justify the importance of safe sex education and behavioral intervention for the special population. Methods Patients attending STD clinics were screened for HSV-2, TP and urogenital tract infection. Results The infection of HSV 2 between 2009 and 2011 was similar, and the differences had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Among the 475 HSV 2 positive patients 128 （26.9%） were complicated with TP infection, and among the HSV-2 negative patients 22 （14.7%） were complicated with TP infection. The differences between the two groups had statistical significance （t=0.002, P〈0.05）. Among HSV-2 infectors, the positive rate of urogenital specimens in female attendants was higher than that in the male attendants （t=0. O00,P%O. 05）. Conclusion HSV2 is com- mon among STD patients who are vulnerable to TP and urogenital tract infection. It is necessary to detect HSV-2 in STD clinic attendants with suspicious genital herpes and conduct safe sex education and behavioral intervention for the special population.
