1999-2011年国家自然科学基金艾滋病领域项目资助分析

摘　　要：目的研究国家自然科学基金艾滋病领域项目的资助情况,为艾滋病信息资源共享体系遴选科学数据提供可靠线索。方法检索国家自然科学基金项目数据库中,艾滋病领域1999-2011年的项目,对其进行描述性统计分析和可视化分析。结果共检索到艾滋病有关项目333项,项目数从1999年的3项增加到2011年的61项,项目金额从40万增加到2 386万,并且平均每一项经费呈逐年上升趋势。在学科领域中,基础医学受基金资助的项目数为201项(60.4%),药学42项(12.6%),预防医学34项(10.2%),中医中药学31项(9.3%)。在资助类别中,面上项目受资助数最多,为191项(57.4%),受资助金额为5 683.5万(55.2%);经费数>100万的受资助项目均为基础学科方面;受资助项目数>10项的单位共6个,最多的是中国人民解放军军事医学科学院,为27项(8.1%)。病毒、病毒感染和宿主免疫,炎症、感染与免疫,抗感染药物药理和人类病毒学是资助的热点。结论国家自然科学基金对艾滋病领域的资助项目数呈增加的趋势,资助金额不断增加,主要集中在病毒、病毒感染和宿主免疫,炎症、感染与免疫,抗感染药物药理和人类病毒学等基础研究领域。Objective To investigate the distribution of the projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China （NNSFC） in the field of acquired immunedefieieney syndrome（AIDS） and provide guidance for the screening of scientific sharing datasets. Method The projects included in NNSFC database of 1999-2011 were searched and analyzed by statistical description and visualization. Results A total of 333 HIV/AIDS projects were recorded, the number of funded projects increased from 3 in 1999 to 61 in 2011, and the grant increased from￥400 000 to ￥23 860 000. The number of funded projects was different in various disciplines： basic medicine 201 （0.4%）, pharmaceutical 42 （12.6%）, preventive medicine 34 （10.2G）, Chinese traditional medicine and pharmacy 31（9.3%）. As for the categories, the general program was mostly funded with the number of 191 （57.4G）, and the grant reached ￥56 835 000 （55.20/00）. The projects with the grant of more than ~1 000 000 were concentrated on the disciplines of basic science. Further analysis showed that there were 6 institutions which had been funded for over 10 projects, of which the Military Academy of Medical Sciences won 27 projects, ranking at the top. The hot fields were virus, viral infection and host immunity, inflammation, infection and immunity, pharmacology of anti-infective drugs and human virology. Conclusion Both the number and grant of HIV/AIDS projects funded by NNSFC increase year by year. The funding fields focus on the discipline of basic science, such as virus, viral infection and host immunity, inflammation, infection and immunity, pharmacology of anti infective drugs and human virology.
