摘　　要：针对某汽车传动轴过渡套断裂情况,从设计、加工及产品质量三个方面进行了试验与分析。结果表明,传动轴过渡套在加工过程中质量控制不到位是导致过渡套断裂的原因,并在不拆解传动轴的条件下,提出了判断传动轴过渡套断裂的方法,为后续质量控制提供理论依据。In view of fractured transition sleeve of automotive driving shaft, the test and analysis were performed from design, processing and product quality. The results showed that the reason leading to the fracture of driving shaft transition sleeve was failed quality control during processing. At the same time, the judgment of the transition sleeve fracture was proposed without dismantling the drive shaft.
