摘　　要：针对强制式沥青混合料搅拌设备所采用的传统热骨料称量方式存在计量精度不高,效率低的弊端,设计制造出采用并行计量技术的"强制间歇式沥青混合料拌和设备热骨料储存称量装置",该装置具有专利技术,能够最大限度地减少骨料称量时的冲量,保证骨料动态计量精度控制在±1.5%之内,使LBQ4000型强拌设备的拌和周期由原来的45s缩短到40s,从而在单盘拌和质量不变的情况下,大幅提高沥青混合料搅拌设备的生产效率。A 2-way measurement used to operate the asphalt mixer.In view of low accuracy and low efficiency existing in traditional weighing of warm aggregate in the positive asphalt mixing plants we have designed a 'weighing device for both warm running mixture and mixture storage for the positive batch asphalt aggregate mixing plant' Such a device has got patented that can mostly minimize impulse when the aggregate is weighed to ensure the aggregate's dynamic weighing within a tolerance of ±1.5%,and has brought the mixing duration of LBQ4000 positive mixing plant from 45 s down to 40 s,thus greatly increasing the mixer's productivity while keeping the individual pan/batch mixing quality.
