摘  要:双钢轮振动压路机在工作时有两个工作频率非常接近的振源——前后轮振源,它们传递的振动会使机架产生拍振。拍振现象在双钢轮振动压路机中普遍存在,严重的机架拍振会影响司机的操作舒适性,降低压路机零部件的可靠性,并且影响路面的平整度和压实度。为降低机架的拍振现象,对某双钢轮振动压路机进行试验,建立双钢轮振动压路机拍振模型,进行Matlab仿真验证,分析影响机架拍振的多种因素。分析得出:前后轮频率差是引起机架拍振的主要因素,设计时,频率差应控制在0.5Hz以内;此外,当前后轮轴线到机架质心的距离相等且等于机架的惯性半径时,可以消除拍振现象。Simulation and analysis of roller.There are 2 work frequencies while operating of a vibratory tandem drum roller which are very close to the vibratory source:front and rear vibrations which would be transmitted to the machine frame and induce a beating vibration.This beat exists popularly in the vibratory tandem rollers and the heavy ones could affect the operator's working comfort while decreasing reliability of the roller's components,as well as levelness and compactness of the pavement surface.In order to minimize the beating,we have tested a certain type vibratory tandem roller and constructed a beating model there-for while doing a Matlab simulation approval and analyzing various factors that affect beats at the frame.The analyses show that frequency differences at the front and rear drums become key factors affecting beats at the machine frame,so that the frequent differences when designing had to be controlled to 0.5 Hz or less.Besides,when axis of the tandem rollers is in equal distance to the machine's mass center and being equal to the inertial radius,respectively,such a beating can be eliminated.
