摘 要:工程机械轻量化的研究应用对推动工程机械快速发展有重要意义,可有效降低设备质量,提高产品性能,节约资源与能源。对某3t平衡重式内燃叉车外门架进行有限元静力学分析,得知叉车外门架应力主要集中于外门架的立柱腹板和翼缘位置。基于第三强度理论对外门架进行静力学计算,获得设计板厚与材料属性之间的计算公式,选取满足设计要求的Q550高强度结构钢材料进行建模,并对轻量化设计后的模型进行强度校核。结果表明,采用Q550高强度钢材料的外门架设计模型满足工作性能需求,比原叉车外门架减重约12%。Less weight for the fork-lift outer mast.Lighter mass and its application to the construction machinery have key importance for its rapid development,which can effectively decrease the mechanical mass while upgrading its performance and saving the resources and power.We therefore have analyzed a certain 3 t weightbalance and engine type forklift truck of its secondary masts with static finite elements,before finding out positions for the column web and wing of the outer mast.And we based on a tertiary strength theory to compute static mechanics for the secondary mast to have got design formulas for relationship between the plate thickness and the material property before a modeling with Q550 high-strength structural steel which can meet the design requirements while checking strength against the model after the weight-reducing designing.The results show that the secondary mast model with Q550 high-strength structural steel can meet the operational requirements with 12% of weight less than the original.
