摘  要:针对某灌浆机出现的输灰系统作业不稳定及水泥浆输出压力偏低,不能满足使用要求的问题,对输灰系统进行改造。将原水平螺旋输送器+垂直螺旋输送器的输送方式改为水平螺旋输送器+斜螺旋输送器的方式,同时用全液压混凝土拖泵替代原泥浆泵。改造后的灌浆机输灰系统工作正常,灌浆压力得到提高,成效显著。A cement delivery system reformed.A cement grout delivery system in the cement grout pump device was modified when unstable delivery and lower output pressure were found in the operational system that cannot meet the work requirements and,therefore,a modification to the cement grout delivery system had to be carried out.The job was to alter the original horizontal screw conveyor plus a vertical conveyor to a type of horizontal screw conveyor plus a declined screw conveyor,while using a full hydraulic cement grout pump instead of the original slurry pump.The cement grout injection system after modification operates normally with increased injection pressure and shows an obvious efficiency.
