摘  要:为了更直观地研究喷雾强化制备二氧化碳水合物的方法,设计了一套喷雾强化制备二氧化碳水合物的实验装置,并考察了生成过程中系统的温度和压力的影响,以及二氧化碳气体的消耗量,初步研究了二氧化碳水合物的生成驱动力问题。结果表明:在水合反应系统压力越高、温度越低的情况下,二氧化碳水合物的生成驱动力数值的绝对值越大;温度为275.15 K时,随着压力的增加,二氧化碳水合物的生成驱动力不是呈现简单的线性增加,而是从快到慢渐趋于平缓的变化。该系统能很好地应用于气体水合物制备过程中特性和工艺的研究。In order to study the formation of carbon dioxide hydrate enhanced by water spraying, a set of experiment apparatus for preparing carbon dioxide hydrate enhanced by water spraying was designed. The effects of temperature and pressure on the formation of carbon dioxide hydrate were investigated and consumption of carbon dioxide gas was observed. The driving force for formation of carbon dioxide hydrate was studied preliminarily. The results showed that higher pressure and lower temperature in reaction system led to higher value of driving force for formation of carbon dioxide hydrate. Driving force did not linearly increase with the increase of pressure at 275.15 K: it increased fast at first, then slowly, finally steadily. The system could be well applied to study characterics and process in formation of gas hydrate.
