摘　　要：党史文化以马克思主义为理论基础,坚持人民群众的历史主体地位、共产主义的崇高理想信念和集体主义的核心价值原则,具有丰富的文化内涵。大力弘扬党史文化,发挥资政育人的功能,构建融民族性、历史性与现代性为一体的新型文化形态,对培养政治认同感,维系政治稳定,为社会主义政治发展提供理论支持,巩固马克思主义作为社会主流意识形态的地位,进一步加强党的执政能力和先进性建设具有重要的意义。The Party history culture takes the Marxism as the theoretical basis;insists people＇s historical principal status,the communist lofty ideal faith and the collectivistic core value principle;and possesses rich cultural connotation.Vigorously promoting the Party history culture,giving play to the function of education,and constructing new cultural patterns which combine with nationality,historicity and modernity,are very important to cultivate political identity,maintain political stability,provide theoretical support for socialist political development,strengthen the Marxism as the social mainstream ideology status,and further intensify the Party＇s governing capacity and progressiveness construction.
