摘　　要：随着计算机技术和Internet技术的迅猛发展,国内各企事业单位也竞相构建了自己的Intranet,利用计算机来处理各种日常事务,通过网络共享信息。工作流技术是当今办公自动化实现的关键技术。本文以延长油田股份有限公司办公自动化(OA,Office,Automation)项目的开发和实施为背景,以Lotus Domino/Notes为开发平台,研究设计了一种符合延长油田特点的工作流,并将其应用到办公自动化系统中。延长油田办公自动化系统基于Notes的体系结构和系统功能结构;以付款审批流程作为实例,描述了本文设计的工作流在办公自动化中的实现以及应用情况。经实践证明,本系统不仅能在信息交换上实现自动化,而且对信息的内部管理也能实现自动化,能够及时收集信息、积累知识、共享经验,为实现"数字油田"和企业的可持续发展提供有力的支撑。With the rapid development of computer technology and the Internet technology,domestic enterprises are also competing to build their own intranet,using the computer to handle the day-to-day affairs,and share information through the network.Workflow technology is a key technology to achieve office automation today.In this paper,based on development and implementation of the OA project(Office Automation) in Yanchang Oilfield and Lotus Domino/Notes platform,a workflow is studied and designed which corresponds with the characteristics of the oilfield and is applied to the office automation system.Yanchang Oilfield office automation system,based on the architecture and system functional structure of Notes and payment approval process as an example,describes the realization and application of the workflow in the office automation.Practice has proved that the system do not only realize automation in information exchange,but also in internal management.Timely collection of information,accumulated knowledge and share experiences can be realized to provide strong support for implementation of the 'digital oilfield' and sustainable development of enterprises.
