霉菌性阴道炎两种特殊染色诊断法的比较

摘　　要：目的对两种不同的真菌染色法在念珠菌阴道炎真菌染色的方法和效果方面予以比较。方法对疑似念珠菌阴道炎患者阴道脱落上皮细胞涂片50张,随机抽取25张作六胺银染色,另25张做过碘酸雪夫(pas法)染色。结果六胺银染色方法显示:芽生孢子和假菌丝呈黑褐色,背景橙黄色,阳性率为76%;过碘酸雪夫染色法显示:芽生孢子和假菌丝红色,背景紫蓝色,阳性率为80%。结论过碘酸雪夫染色法简便易行,着色鲜亮,试剂配制简单,成本较低,真菌染色阳性率较高,是诊断念珠菌阴道炎非常好的实验方法,值得推广。Objective To compare the method and the effect of two different fungal staining method for Candida vaginitis fungal staining.Methods In 50 suspected patients with candidal vaginitis vaginal exfoliated epithelial cell smears,25 Zuoliu methenamine silver stainings were randomly selected and the other 25 had periodic acid Schiff（PAS method）.Results Six amine method of silver staining showed： spore and pseudohyphal was dark brown,orange and yellow background,and the positive rate was 76%;over the periodic acid Schiff staining showed spore and pseudohyphae background red,purple and blue,and the positive rate was 80%.Conclusion Periodic acid Schiff staining method is simple and easy,with color bright simple preparation,low cost,and high positive rate of fungal staining.Diagnosis of Candida vaginitis is a very good experiment method,and worth popularizing.
