摘　　要：医院要想永葆生机和活力就必须走科学发展之路。本文总结医院近年来的发展经验,从管理理念和临床技术的创新、人才培养、学科建设、卫勤保障和应急救援、思想政治建设、医德医风建设等方面,阐述医院的发展思路和科学发展历程。To maintain the vigor and vitality of the hospital development, the road of scientific development should be chosen. In this paper the development experiences in recent years were summarized of the hospital, and the development of ideas and the course of development were elaborated about the hospital from following aspects： the innovation of management concepts and clinical technology, personnel training, discipline construction, medical support and emergency rescue, ideological and political and the construction of medical ethics.
