摘　　要：随着医师多点执业的合法化,优质医疗资源逐渐扩散至基层,有效地提高了优质医疗资源的利用率,缓解患者看病难的现象。但在现行法律法规及配套措施不健全的前提下,各种医疗安全隐患也接踵而至。本文旨在分析医师多点执业中发生医疗纠纷的隐患因素,探索其解决措施和办法。After the National Ministry of Health release ＂the notice about the issues related to multi-sited license＂ in September 2009,multi-sited license became legal,and medical resources of high quality spread to the grassroots level gradually,which has improved the utilization rate of high-quality medical resources,solved the problems of difficult for patients to see a doctor.However,the present laws and regulations as well supporting measures were distempered,so various medical security risks followed.This article aimed to analyze the influence factors of medical disputes in multi-sited license and explored the solution measures.
