摘　　要：医疗环节质量管理是医院管理的核心,也是医院新一轮竞争力的核心,更是医院发展的永恒主题。因此,必须加强对医疗环节质量的管理。提出强化质量管理意识、建立质量控制体系、健全质量规范标准、持续改进质量管理等一系列策略。Medical link quality control is the core of hospital management and the new round of hospital competition.Therefore,we must strengthen the medical link quality management.In the paper the author put forward strategies to improve the medical link quality control as following： strengthen the awareness of quality management,establish quality control system,and build up quality standards and realize continuous improvement of quality management.
