摘　　要：面向基层部队的全科军医学历教育在我军尚处于空白。通过分析基层部队全科军医人才培养所面临的形势,开展适合基层部队的全科医学教育势在必行,并提出构建部队基层全科军医人才培养模式的总体思路及培养目标、课程体系、教学方法和师资队伍建设。The academic education for military general practitioners for primary military unit in the army is still in the blank.In the paper the author analyzed the situation in the talent training model of military general practitioners for primary military unit,so as to proposed to carry out general medicine education model including the general idea of talent training model,the training objectives,curriculum system,teaching methods and teachers qualification.
