摘　　要：目的构建并实践临床与预防相结合的健康管理新模式。方法通过文献检索、专家咨询,对健康管理的基本情况、新模式的构建方法进行调查,据此进行实证检验。结果我国健康管理处于初级阶段,各主体独立运作导致资源分散。新模式可有效弥补当前健康管理模式的不足。结论以群体健康为目标,价值医学为理论依据,临床与预防相结合为手段,医院、疾控部门和社区医疗"三位一体"为主导,商业机构为补充,构建新型健康管理模型,初步运行取得良好效果,是有效的健康管理模式。Objective To establish a new health management combination with clinic and prevention service.Methods We used literature searches,expert consultation and empirical methods to survey the basic situation of health management development and health management model,then make the demonstration.Results In China health management is still on the primary development stage,main bodies of the management system were operated independently and the resources were scattered,and the new model can make these shortages up.Conclusions In the new health management model,realizing group health is the target,value medicine is taken as the theory basis combining with clinic and prevention care as the means,and hospitals,disease prevention and control institutions and community service will be integrated as a trinity to lead the development orientation,and commercial organization as the supplement.The initial operation of the new model have achieved good effects.
