半透膜加覆对预防密闭式负压引流创口漏气的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨采用半透膜加覆对预防密闭式负压引流(vacuum sealed drainage,VSD)创口漏气的效果。方法将86例肌肉软组织严重损伤患者分为观察组53例和对照组33例。两组患者术后均用VSD,观察组在原有创面覆盖基础上用半透膜加覆,对照组在原有创面覆盖基础上不加覆半透膜。观察两组患者创口漏气发生情况和创面愈合情况。结果观察组创口漏气发生率低于对照组,创面治愈情况优于对照组,两组比较,均P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用在原有创面覆盖基础上用半透膜加覆可减少VSD负压引流过程中因半透膜密闭不良导致创口漏气的发生,从而提高VSD的治疗效果。Objective To explore the effect of applying semipermeable membrane on preventing leakage of vacuum sealed drainage（VSD）.Methods 86 patients with serious muscle and soft tissue damage were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.Both groups were managed with VSD.53 cases in the observation group were managed by covering the wounds with a semipermeable membrane besides a basic membrane and 33 cases in the control group only had a management with a basic membrane.Result The leakage rate in the observation group was significantly lower and the healing rate significantly higher than those the control group（both P〈0.01）.Conclusion The semipermeable membrane may be effective in the prevention of VSD leakage and improve the therapeutic effect of VSD.
