糖尿病患者低血糖反应发生的原因及对策

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病患者发生低血糖反应的原因,并提出护理对策。方法对48例低血糖反应患者进行原因分析,采取相应的护理对策。结果不能有效控制饮食12例(25.0%),采用错误的运动时间和运动方法11例(22.9%),胰岛素泵强化治疗11例(22.9%),用药时间掌握不准确7例(14.6%),降糖药物应用不合理5例(10.4%),其他原因引起2例(4.2%)。结论不能有效控制饮食、采用错误的运动时间和运动方法、胰岛素泵强化治疗、用药时间掌握不准确等是糖尿病患者发生低血糖反应的原因,护士必须做好糖尿病患者的健康教育工作,采取有效的预防措施,以减少其低血糖反应的发生。Objective To explore the causes of hypoglycemia in diabetic patients and the nursing strategies.Method The causes of hypoglycemia in 24 diabetic patients were analyzed and relevant nursing measures were performed.Results Of all,12 diabetic patients（25.0%） did not control diets well,11（22.9%） took exercises in improper methods or at wrong time,11（22.9%） took enhanced treatment with insulin pump,7（14.6%） did not take medicine at right time,5（10.4%） took medicine unreasonably and 2（4.2%） occurred for other reasons.Conclusions The causes for hypoglycemia include ineffective control of diet,exercises in improper way or at wrong time,enhance insulin treatment and not punctuation at medication.Nurses should provide the patients with health education so that they can take measures to prevent the incidences of hypoglycemia.
