摘 要:目的探讨持续质量改进(continuous quality improvement,CQI)在多重耐药菌(multi-drug resistant organism,MDRO)感染控制中的应用效果。方法在MDRO感染控制中开展CQI,内容包括成立质量改进小组、分析存在问题、严格实施各种隔离措施。比较CQI前后ICU医务人员治疗护理MDRO感染患者时,各项感染控制措施执行情况和MDRO感染率。结果 CQI后,ICU医务人员治疗护理MDRO感染患者时,各项感染控制措施执行情况优于CQI前;MDRO感染率低于CQI前,CQI前后比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 CQI在MDRO感染控制中的应用,能使MDRO感染得到有效控制,提高ICU医务人员治疗护理MDRO感染患者时各项感染控制措施执行率。Objective To investigate the effect of continuous quality improvement(CQI) on controlling multi-drug resistant organisms(MDRO).Methods CQI was used in the control of infection by MDRO,with measures including establishment of quality improvement group,analysis of problems and rigid enforcement of isolation measures.The results in medical staff's performing infection-control measures as well as the infection rate of MDRO before application of CQI in ICU were compared with those after it is used.Results The results in medical staff's performing infection-control measures after application of CQI were significantly better than those after it is used(P〈0.05) and the infection rate of MDRO after application of CQI was significantly lower(P〈0.05).Conclusion Application of CQI in ICU may be effective for the control of MDRO infections as well as for improvement rate of performing infection control measures.
