摘 要:目的探讨自我护理教育在提高PICC置管治疗间歇期患者自我护理能力和健康行为中的作用。方法对43例PICC置管患者进行自我护理教育。出院前与出院1个月后对患者的自我护理能力、健康行为进行测评。结果出院1个月后,患者自我护理能力和健康行为优于出院前,出院前后比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论通过自我护理教育可提高PICC置管治疗间歇期患者的自我护理能力和健康行为,从而保证了导管的护理质量,提高了患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of self-care education on the patients at curative intermission with PICC. Methods 43 discharged patients carrying PICC were educated with self-care. Then, their self-care ability, health behavior and PlCC-induced complications were compared before discharge and 1 month after discharge. Result One month after discharge, the abilities in PICC-related knowledge and health behaviors like health responsibility, mental health, stress coping and interpersonal relations were better than those before discharge (all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Self-care education may help the improvement of self-care ability and health behaviors so as to ensure the quality of nursing and improve their quality of life.
