中药熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变综述

摘　　要：糖尿病是一种常见的代谢内分泌疾病,世界卫生组织将其列为十大疑难杂病之一。发病率极高,并有逐年上升的趋势,成为影响国人健康的慢性非传染性主要疾病。糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是主要并发症,并已成为致死、致残并造成医疗费用增高的一个主要原因。近30年来,我国DPN患病率显著增加。最近10年DPN流行情况更为严重。中国可能已成为DM患病人数最多的国家。因为糖尿病患者皮肤易出现破溃和感染,所以中药熏洗方法是一种安全的、具有传统中医特色的治疗方法。本文就近10年来中药熏洗治疗DNP做一概述。Diabetes is a common metabolic endocrine diseases ,the world health organization has its listed as one of the top 10 difficult-race-case. Its incidence is extremely high, and has been rising. Diabetes has become chronic health and our influence non-communicable major disease, diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DNP） is one of the most serious complications ,has become one of main reasons of death, disability and causing medical expenses increased . For nearly 30 years, DNP epidemic becomes more serious. China may has become the most populous country who has DNP cases. Because diabetes＇skin appears burst and infection easily, Chinese Herb Fumigation is a safe therapy of the characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine. This thesis for nearly 10 years to find in treatment of Chinese Herb Fumigation for DNP by relevant documents on the basis of hole screening.
