摘  要:目的建立麒麟丸(微丸)的定性定量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对制剂中的锁阳、枸杞、淫羊藿进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定何首乌中二苯乙烯苷的含量:色谱柱为Kromasil 100-5C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(15:85)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL min-1,柱温为25℃,检测波长为320 nm。结果 TLC色谱中能检出锁阳、枸杞、淫羊藿,专属性良好;二苯乙烯苷进样量在0.040 04~0.600 6μg与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为96.4%,RSD为0.93%。结论本方法简便、准确、可靠、重现性好,能有效地控制麒麟丸的质量。Objective To establish a quatitative and qualitative method for Kirin pills (enrichment pills). Methods Cyno- morium songaricum, Lyceum barbarum, and Epimedium brevicornu were identified by TLC. Stilene glucoside was deter- mined by HPLC. The HPLC system consisted of Kromasil 100-5C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acotonitrile- water (15 : 85) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min ^- 1. The column temperature was 25 ℃ , and the detection wavelength was 320 nm. Results TLC spots were clear and well-separated without interference of negative sample. The stilene glucoside was linear at 0.040 04 -- 0.600 6 μg (r : 0.999 9), the average recovery was 96.4 % with RSD = 0.93 % (n = 6). Conclusion The method is suitable for the quality control of Kirin pills for external use.
