摘　　要：对马钢第二钢轧总厂转炉系统中水冷炉口、活动烟罩、下料管水套以及转炉锥段的水冷结构进行了研究,改进了水冷结构形式和增设水冷结构的方式,提高了设备水冷能力与水冷效果,降低了故障率,延长了设备使用寿命。The water cooling furnace mouth, movable hood, water jacket of filling pipe and water cooling structure in the cone section of the converter system of the No.2 Steel Making and Rolling Plant of Maanshan Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd are studied. The water cooling structure is improved and the water cooling structure is added. It has improved water cooling capacity and effect of the device, reduced fault rate and prolonged service life of the device.
