摘　　要：发展农产品加工业是转变农业增长方式,推进现代农业建设,拓宽农民就业渠道,实现农民增收、农业增效,提升农业产业化经营水平,统筹城乡发展,加速工业化、城镇化进程,培植经济增长点的有效途径。为实现农产品增值,促进加工业的发展,通过对铜仁市农产品加工业现状的调查,在分析其发展特点和存在问题的基础上,提出了建设加工企业、培育龙头企业、建设加工园区、培养技术人才和政府金融支持等应对策略。Developing agricultural product processing industry is an efficient path to promote modern agriculture construction,broaden peasants＇ employment channels,increase peasants＇ income and agricultural efficiency,enhance the operation level of industrialization of agriculture,balance urban and rural development,accelerate the process of industrialization and urbanization,and to cultivate economic growth point.For the purpose of increasing value of farm production and promoting development of processing industry.Through to the present situation investigation of Tongren agricultural product processing industry,based on the analysis of the development characteristics and the existence question in the foundation,coping strategies were proposed,such as the construction of processing enterprises,cultivating bibcock industry,constructing processing park,training technical personnel and financial support from government and other coping strategies.
