摘 要:依据弱碱性条件下水溶性碲化镉量子点的荧光猝灭建立了一种测定对苯二酚的新方法.最佳条件下,工作曲线的线性范围是0.09-6.0μmol/L,检测限为1.36×10-2μmol/L.对0.5μmol/L浓度对苯二酚进行六次平行测量,相对标准偏差为2.2%.本法具有简单灵敏的优点,并有高的选择性,邻苯二酚、间苯二酚等其它酚类物质不干扰测定.将本法用于废水中对苯二酚的测定,结果令人满意.A novel fluorescence method for the determination of hydroquinone has been developed,based on the quenching effect of water-soluble CdTe QDs in weak basic media.Under the optimum conditions,the linear range of the calibration curve is 0.09-6.0 μmol/L and the detection limit is 1.36×10-2 μmol/L.The relative standard deviation(R.S.D) is 2.2% for six replicate measurements of a solution containing 0.5μmol/L hydroquinone.The method bore the merits of sensitivity,simplicity and selectivity,and pyrocatechol,resorcinol and other phenols almost did not interfere with the determination.It has been applied to the determination of hydroquinone in wastewater,and the satisfactory results were obtained.
