摘  要:采用盆栽试验研究了不同浓度CaCl2溶液对二氯喹啉酸胁迫下烟叶中纤维素酶活性、吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性、ATP酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量及SDS-PAGE电泳的影响。结果表明:二氯喹啉酸胁迫的烟叶与正常烟叶相比,烟叶中纤维素酶活性和吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性增高,ATP酶活性降低,可溶性蛋白质含量减少。受害烟株喷施不同浓度CaCl2溶液后,比不喷施CaCl2溶液的受害烟叶中纤维素酶活性及吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性降低,ATP酶活性升高,可溶性蛋白含量增大。烟叶中蛋白质的不连续SDS-PAGE电泳图谱显示,与正常烟株相比,受害烟叶前期分子量为50 kDa和56 kDa的两条可溶性蛋白条带消失,喷施CaCl2溶液使50 kDa的条带恢复,而且喷施CaCl2溶液15 d时产生了分子量为120 kDa新蛋白。表明喷施外源钙对二氯喹啉酸胁迫下的烟叶具有一定修复效应,且浓度为10 mmol/L时效果最明显。Effects of different concentrations of calcium chloride solutions on activity of cellulose,IAAOase,ATPase,content and SDS-PAGE of soluble protein of tobacco under quinclorac stress were investigated with pot experiments.Results showed that,compared with healthy tobacco,activity of cellulose and IAAOase of quinclorac stressed tobacco increased,while activity of ATPase and content of soluble proteins decreased.Spraying calcium chloride solutions with different concentrations on quinclorac coercion tobacco reduced activity of cellulose and IAAOase but increased ATPase activity and content of soluble proteins.Discontinuous SDS-PAGE of soluble proteins revealed that proteins with molecular weights of 50 kDa and 56 kDa in were disappeared when quinclorac was added to soil.Spraying calcium chloride solution resulted in protein with molecular weight of 50 kDa reappeared.A new protein with molecular weight of 120kDa was appeared after 15 days of using exogenous calcium.Results also showed that spraying exogenous calcium had positive effect of the restoration of quinclorac coercion tobacco with the best concentration of 10 mmol/L.
