摘  要:以我国甘蔗常用亲本为试验材料,采用裂区设计,研究不同灌溉水平及不同基因型甘蔗品种(系)对甘蔗黄叶病的影响。结果表明:不同灌溉水平和不同基因型品种(系)对甘蔗黄叶病均产生极显著的影响;在不同灌溉条件下,甘蔗黄叶病发病率呈低水>中水>高水的规律,且随着时间的推移甘蔗黄叶病发病率不断上升;品种间抗性差异很大,抗性从强到弱依次为粤糖93-159、CP72-1210、崖城91-58、CP84-1198、ROC1和内江92-244;品种粤糖93-159在高水处理(4次/月)条件下甘蔗黄叶病发病率达最低。Commonly used parents as test material, split plot as test design, different irrigation levels and different genotypes of Sugarcane varieties (lines) on the influence of sugarcane yellow leaf disease were studied. The results showed that different irrigation levels and with different Genotypes (lines) have a significant effect on sugarcane yellow leaf disease. Under conditions of different irrigation, incidence of sugarcane yellow leaf disease decreased with the water amount. The difference among varieties were also great, resistance from strong to weak order were YT 93-159, CP72-1210, Yacheng 91-58, CP84-1198, ROC1 and Neijiang 92-244. YT 93-159 in high water treatment (4 times/month) showed the lowest yellow leaf disease incidence.
