摘　　要：结合当前国际国内经济社会的发展态势,分析海事审判所涉及的法律关系、财产关系以及所面临的新的挑战。指出做好新形势下的海事审判理论研究工作,必须始终坚持正确的政治方向,切实增强高度的责任意识,树立与时俱进的开拓精神,紧紧围绕执法办案第一要务,重视加强队伍能力建设。Based on the international and domestic trends of economic and social development, this paper analyzes the legal relationship, property relationship and the new challenges faced in maritime trial, points out that in order to improve the theo- retical research work in maritime trial under the new circumstances, we must hold to the correct political orientation, enhance effectively the sense of responsibility, keep pace with the times, establish a pioneering spirit, stick to law enforcement as the priority task and strengthen the team＇ s capacity construction.
