摘　　要：结合《中华人民共和国海事诉讼特别程序法》相关规定和海事诉讼司法实践,分析探讨了现有法律在保障海事赔偿责任限制权利实现方面的局限性,指出了债权登记程序的重要性,提出了相应的立法修改建议。Combining the relevant regulations of the Special Maritime Procedure Law of the People＇ s Republic of China with the maritime judicial practice, this article analyzed the limitations of the existing law of realizing the limitation of liability for maritime claims, pointed out the importance of the credit registration procedure and gave some suggestions for the revision of the related provisions of the Special Maritime Procedure Law of the People＇ s Republic of China.
