摘　　要：从研究淳安县生物多样性保护的重要意义出发,对淳安县生物多样性现状进行了调查和分析。千岛湖所在的浙江省淳安县建立了从法规政策、管理机构、宣传教育直至动植物保护方法等网络体系,但依然存在诸多胁迫因素。因而,提出了淳安县生物多样性保护的原则、目标、区划布局,在继续开展原有生态建设工程的基础上,抓紧实施生物多样性保护重大工程,包括千岛湖森林与湿地生态系统恢复工程、自然保护小区建设工程、古树名木与林木种质资源保护工程以及保护能力与支撑体系建设。According to the significance of biodiversity conservation in Chunan County, a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the biodiversity status of Chunan County were conducted. Although Chunan County has built network system from the regulations, policies, regulatory agencies, public education, animal and plant protection methods, but still there were many stress factors. Thus, strategies of Chunan County biodiversity conservation principles, objectives, zoning layout, implementation of major projects based on the continuation of the original ecological construction projects, including Thousand-island Lake forest and wetland ecosystem restoration project , Nature Conservation residential construction projects, old and valuable trees and tree germplasm resources protection projects, as well as the development of protection ability and support system, have been put forward.
