摘　　要：排斥反应一直被视为肾移植后面临的主要难题,其发生是影响移植肾长期存活的重要因素。多项研究已证实HLA配型与移植后排斥反应的发生存在相关性。HLA-Cw作为经典的HLA-Ⅰ类分子以及杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体的重要配体,其在移植免疫中的作用受到越来越多的关注。本文就HLA-Cw的免疫调节功能及其在肾移植免疫中的作用作一综述。Rejection has been regarded as the main challenge after renal transplantation and HLA-A, -B and -DR have all turned out to be associated with rejection. HLA-Cw belongs to the classic HLA- I gene and is the important ligand of killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor（ KIR）, thus it has been valued for its relation to transplantation immunity. In this article, we reviewed the immunomodulatory function of HLA-Cw and its role in renal tramsplantation immunity.
